不知為何放不下來,那就 Let it go!
Take a deep breath. I just learned the technique yesterday. Breath in and count to four, then stop for seven counts, and then breath out and count to eight. I’m sure I said something wrong there but it doesn’t matter. I’m just trying to write down how I feel.
Loneliness. I guess it might be the problem, well, one of the problems. All day long I spend time with myself, no one else, but myself. Sometimes I go out to buy lunch or dinner. Sometimes I reply a message or two. That’s it. I don’t have anyone who I can talk to every day. Just say hi, how was your day. how’s everything? I’m not doing so well. Will you talk to me and comfort me? Or perhaps all you need to do is just sit next to me quietly. we don’t have to do anything. maybe i can lay my head on your shoulder. maybe you’ll hold my hand?
i got goose bumps while writing. is it that i’m really so lonely or is it my brain’s playing a joke with me? i don’t know how to trust myself anymore. people thing faster than they type and there are so many annoying typos i need to correct.
of course i’m crying, not sure the reason though. i forgot how to write those initials i saw on the net. looks pretty cool but sometimes difficult to read. anyway, i’m old old-fashioned, just say whatever i want to say in a language i might not know so well.
it started the other day when i found myself lying on the bed couldn’t get up to prepare my class and do other things. it’s not new that i don’t have any appetite to eat, but i just did nothing lying there for i don’t know maybe 10 hours except going to the bathroom.
i was scared because i know first i don’t want leave the bed, and then I don’t want to go to class. After that my life crash. i couldn’t find a better word to describe it. i’m know what’s going on because i’ve been through it so many times. I went panic, trying to find help. i was lucky. i found people who didn’t really give me what i want but still it helps.
i know that i’m not alone. i have friends and family. i can turn to them when i need them. how many i’s does it have in these paragraphs? do i spend time to care other people?do i pay attention to what people say? time for bed 🙂

    一切都會雲開見日的,哭一哭或許心情會好一點。偶爾也可以去走走,或許對睡眠和心情都有些幫助也說不定!
    要開心唷! 😊
